FoxGuard Solutions is led by a group of professionals that have proven their leadership capabilities. Combining diverse backgrounds and many years of industry experience, the leadership team has forged a model for steady growth even in the wake of tough economic conditions.

 


PATRICK PATTERSON

Vice President
Patrick joined FoxGuard Solutions in 2016 to lead the Industrial Computing division. He brings a broad experience base of working with multi-national corporations in both domestic and international leadership roles. Patrick’s focus is on developing and operationalizing strategy to drive profitable growth via strong customer relationships and a high performance culture. He received his MSc degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has done executive studies via the Copenhagen Business School and Insead.  After a 6 year expat assignment in Switzerland, Patrick moved to Virginia in 2010.


MEGAN HASH

Corporate Controller 
Megan has a diverse background focusing on Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service, with over 15 years of experience. She holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Radford University. As Corporate Controller, she is responsible for the overall financial health of the business and ensuring all Accounting operations of the organization are executed to industry standards. Megan’s diverse knowledge and experience allow her to be an asset to multiple departments inside FoxGuard. Megan enjoys spending time with her family and is very devoted to her church.


NASRI SALAMOUN 

Senior Director, Engineering and Operations 
Nasri joined FoxGuard Solutions in 2006 as a member of the manufacturing team. He holds an MBA and has over 20 years of experience, with a diverse background in leadership, management, operations, and technology. Nasri has served in multiple roles at FoxGuard: leading engineering, operations, and continuous improvement. He also coordinated the headquarters relocation project and designed the layout for manufacturing. Apart from FoxGuard, he has worked internationally, taught college-level technology courses, and co-owned and operated an independent business. Nasri enjoys taking on complex challenges that require strategic vision, collaboration, and commitment to detail.
